About Us
Located in the great city of Margate, Florida, Palm Springs II is an active-adult condominium community offering a variety of amenities and facilities for your enjoyment. We are an association consisting of 17 buildings plus a clubhouse on approximately 39 acres. We have 2 pools, a fitness room, a library and a large event room at the main clubhouse. We are minutes away from golf courses, shopping malls, and grocery stores.
